How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your Remindr account using any of the following methods. Once deleted, all your data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.

Delete from the App (Recommended)

  1. Step 1: Open the Remindr app on your device
  2. Step 2: Go to Profile (bottom navigation)
  3. Step 3: Tap "Delete Account" under the Danger Zone section
  4. Step 4: Confirm the deletion when prompted

Request via Email

If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by sending an email to our support team. Please include the email address associated with your Remindr account.

What Data Gets Deleted?

When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed from our servers:

Account Profile

Name, email, and credentials

All Reminders

Including active and completed

Categories

All custom categories

Notification History

All past notification records

Important Information

Irreversible Action

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All data will be permanently removed.

Processing Time

In-app deletion is immediate. Email requests are processed within 48 hours. All server data is purged within 30 days.

Re-registration

After deletion, you can create a new account using the same email address, but none of your previous data will be restored.

Local Data

Uninstalling the app from your device will also remove all locally stored data including cached reminders and alarm schedules.
